Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, hallways, and stairs, shampooing rugs, and washing walls and glass. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from the sidewalk.
May require a high school diploma or equivalent with prior experience in the field or a related area. The candidate should have knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures, rely on instructions and guidelines, work under immediate supervision, and typically report to a manager without needing independent judgment.
