Project Sales Professional

Description

We’re seeking a Sales Professional to join our high-performing NSW team, working closely with the Sales Principal at Cardinal Freeman Village in Ashfield – one of Levande’s most established and sought-after communities. In this hands-on role, you’ll support lead management, customer engagement and contract progression while building your expertise across off-the-plan sales.

• Build genuine relationships with prospective residents and their families, guiding them through each stage of the buying journey.
• Help drive sales results and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects Levande’s “Everyday Exceptional” promise.
• Represent Levande’s premium communities with professionalism, empathy and commercial insight.
• Assist with display suite presentations, tours, and local marketing initiatives.
• Support the Sales Principal with day-to-day lead management, customer appointments and settlement activities.

Requirements

You’re an experienced sales professional who thrives in a customer-focused, relationship-driven environment. You may come from retirement living, land lease communities, residential development or project marketing, and you’re confident guiding customers through high-value, complex sales journeys.

• Commercial acumen and a passion for driving results through trust-based selling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• A strong background in retirement living or residential/project sales (off-the-plan experience preferred but not essential).
• Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills
• A current real estate licence (or willingness to obtain one).
