Candidates must have 15+ years of experience managing roadway projects and hold a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. Proven success in winning and delivering work locally, knowledge of the full lifecycle of roadway projects, and relationships with local agencies or municipalities are required. Expertise in civil design of roadways, urban freeways, and interchanges, along with the ability to manage projects profitably and lead teams, is essential. Experience writing proposals, scopes, and budgets is also needed.
