Meet or exceed the organizations targeted goals of NDAs signed, term sheets issues, LOIs signed, and deals closed.
Conduct research to identify acquisition targets and update Target Tracker.
Coordinate across departments to share data and information to facilitate smooth integration.
Review and advise the company on all due diligence matters and outcomes (i.e. risks, opportunities, etc.).
Work with company legal counsel to negotiate the asset purchase agreement to achieve a successful closing within the confines of tolerable risks.
Continue to identify and develop relationships within the market, including targets, sell-side brokers, market indices researchers, and other potential referral sources. If necessary, coordinates with buy side brokers engaged by the company.
