Assist project managers with maintaining project plans, timelines, and task tracking in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planner, or Smartsheet).
Shadow IT PM during requirements sessions and assist in documenting user needs.
Support the creation of meeting agendas, notes, and action item logs.
Observe stakeholder engagement and learn effective communication strategies used in IT project delivery.
Assist in tracking project metrics, budgets, and resource allocations.
Help prepare weekly and monthly portfolio dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Help document workflows, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Help document lessons learned, project closeout materials, and updates to PMO templates.
