Review TOS acquisition submittal packages for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with LAWA Design & Construction Handbook (DCH).
Ensure contractor compliance with contractual obligations, technical requirements, procurement schedules, and special notices (NTP, BOAC Actions, TOC, SC, etc.).
Prepare monthly risk reports and monitor adherence to QA/QC documentation.

Monitor Agencies Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) permitting activities.
Enforce LAWA DCH requirements and track approved revisions or deviations.
Manage submittal and RFI workflows to ensure timely resolution.
Identify, anticipate, and resolve conflicts in design, construction, commissioning, operations, and safety.
Manage project scope to meet or exceed program objectives.
Provide oversight, direction, and management of assigned projects to ensure safe, compliant, and on-schedule delivery within or below budget.
Facilitate design-related building modification requests and manage exemption request reviews and approvals.
Work with team members and airport management to develop project budgets, schedules, and implementation plans.
Facilitate ASR and USR meetings to review execution plans prior to SCC applications.
