Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, mulch beds, edge walks, maintain weed control in shrubbery beds, lawns, curbs, and a/c areas.
Assist with snow removal.
Assist with the removal of trash from vacant apartments.
Daily police grounds and remove litter.
Handle minor routine maintenance repairs such as fences, gates, downspouts, shutters, lightbulb replacement, and splash blocks.
Sweep streets and curbs.

Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
