The Shop Manager leads production activities to achieve targets for output, cost, quality, and safety. This role plans, organizes, and implements manufacturing procedures within quarterly and annual budgets, makes budgetary recommendations, and coordinates capital procurement. Responsibilities also include selecting, hiring, and training personnel, directing all production operations for maximum throughput, and handling special projects as assigned.

Lead safe work practices and enforce EHS policy for all operational personnel.

Report product defects, ensure resolution, and document solutions.
Observe and report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance.

Ability to work 1:00 pm–9:30 pm Monday‑Friday, with possible weekends.
