2–4 years’ Foreman experience, ideally with a well-known main contractor
In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies
Strong planning skills and ability to work to programme
Strong leadership and people skills, capable of managing complex stakeholder relationships positively
Solid understanding of relevant legislation and industry compliance standards
A passion for Health & Safety, with the ability to enforce company policies and procedures
A relevant trade or tertiary qualification (preferred, but not essential)
Proven experience on projects ranging from $5M to $50M, with a successful track record of leading site teams and delivering excellence
