The Leasing Associate is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. This role handles lease signing, acts as a landlord for property owners, and ensures a seamless rental experience for prospects and residents.
Candidates should have an associate’s degree or equivalent, or six months to one year of related experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property‑management software. A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical requirements include extended periods of sitting, occasional stair climbing, reading documents and screens, and lifting items up to 20 pounds. The role is primarily office‑based on‑site but may involve occasional outdoor work, and employment is contingent on a background check and a valid driver’s license.
