  • Ordering and setting up lunches for our client and staff.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments, including document preparation, data entry, and shipping/courier.
  • On occasion, coordinate and arrange travel accommodations and itineraries as required.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient operations and provide support as needed.
  • Follow company procedures for security, health, and safety to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and upcoming events to provide accurate information to visitors and employees.
  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of Perkins&Will.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and employees, providing accurate information or routing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, promptly and courteously.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
