Utilities Debt Controller (Procurement)

Description

We are currently looking for a Utilities Debt Controller to join our Energy team in Cardiff. In this role you will manage out‑of‑contract debt within our portfolios, moving electric and gas supplies into contract while liaising directly with property management teams, suppliers, and internal teams.

Working from our Cardiff office you will partner with two other Utilities Debt Controllers, the procurement team and other Savills Energy groups, reporting to the Out of Contract Manager.

• Manage out‑of‑contract debt to transition electric and gas supplies into contract.
• Liaise directly with property management teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with two other Utilities Debt Controllers, the procurement team, and broader Savills Energy groups, reporting to the Out of Contract Manager.

Requirements

The position does not meet the salary criteria for skilled worker visa sponsorship, so applicants must hold their own right to work in the UK.
