- Manage cash flow reporting and recommend strategies for financial optimization.
- Assist with preparing quarterly and annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
- Assist in special projects, ERP implementations, or system upgrades as needed.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks as needed.
- Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, job cost accounting, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination.
- Track and analyze job costs, budgets, and project profitability in collaboration with department managers.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and support development.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition for ongoing construction projects.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role.
