  • Manage cash flow reporting and recommend strategies for financial optimization.
  • Assist with preparing quarterly and annual budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in special projects, ERP implementations, or system upgrades as needed.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks as needed.
  • Manage daily accounting operations, including AP/AR, general ledger, job cost accounting, bank reconciliations, and payroll coordination.
  • Track and analyze job costs, budgets, and project profitability in collaboration with department managers.
  • Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff; assign tasks, monitor performance, and support development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing and revenue recognition for ongoing construction projects.

  • CPA certification or MBA preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in supervisory or managerial role.
