- Design and develop plumbing systems ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
- Lead HVAC system design for complex commercial, residential, and data‑center projects.
- Conduct energy modeling and analysis to optimize performance and meet sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with architects and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and budgeting inputs.
- Perform quality‑control reviews of calculations, drawings, and specifications.
- Oversee selection and sizing of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, and local codes.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the HVAC design team.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits to communicate designs and verify installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC design issues during construction and commissioning phases.

- Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards.
- Possess experience in retail, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across the US, Canada, UK, UAE, and ANZ regions.
- Senior Mechanical Engineer specialized in HVAC, capable of leading client discussions and making independent design decisions.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM tools; experienced with energy modeling software such as eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES‑VE.
