Delivery Assurance Associate (3 Month Project - Part-time)

Description

• Provide supply chain management and production planning support at OEM sites.
• Observe, gather, and analyze part and process data to resolve engineering questions and non‑conformances.
• Monitor MRP tools, production schedules, shop‑floor WIP, and non‑conformances against delivery commitments.
• Identify bottlenecks, conduct gap analysis, create mitigation plans, and track action items to closure.
• Build positive, customer‑facing relationships with engineers, buyers, and program managers at OEM and supplier levels.
• Execute part transition planning, implementation, and verification activities.
• Document, summarize, write reports, and disseminate information as required.
• Develop and enhance work instructions to capture best practices and ensure repeatability.

• Experience in supply chain management, production planning, quality, or operations.
• Shop‑floor experience preferred.
• Strong relationship‑building and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to clearly communicate shortage status to both operational and executive audiences.
• On‑site position in Circle Pines, MN; personal transportation required.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Benefits
