Job Summary: The role of the Project Manager (Production) is to lead on the delivery of cladding remediation projects through all construction stages of façade replacement and be accountable for programme delivery in line with project targets and stakeholder expectations. The manager will contribute to pre‑construction planning, develop execution plans, site management strategies and building sequences to support the overall development programme and budget.
- Co‑ordinate and manage pre‑commencement Health and Safety obligations, ensuring Health & Safety Plans are fully developed and maintained per HSE policy.
- Ensure project teams understand Health and Safety implications of design decisions and help find optimal solutions.
- Manage all stakeholders (e.g., RMT, management companies) throughout the build process to secure full cooperation.
- Ensure build stages comply with the Taylor Wimpey Complex Projects framework.
- Provide guidance and documentation for pre‑development programmes, defining build methods, sequences and timings for robust project plans and budgets.
- Collaborate with Technical and Commercial departments and lead during the build/remediation stage.
- Identify and manage project risks.
- Conduct full reviews at appropriate project stages to ensure audits capture the whole project.
- Set and maintain quality standards, prepare and review quality reports, and act on areas of concern.
- Take responsibility for the site prelims budget, monitoring and interrogating costs regularly.
- Ensure site decisions consider impact on objectives, quality, cost and programme, discussing with Technical, Commercial functions and Project Lead before contractor instructions.
- Implement a system for control and monitoring audit reports from contractors.

- Proven track record at a similar level in the construction industry, working with developers, contractors and related partners.
- Strong understanding of façade/cladding replacement on residential construction, especially high‑rise (18 m+) projects, with delivery of complex projects to time, cost and quality standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships including local authorities, landowners, developers and contractors.
- In‑depth knowledge of construction processes, methods, UK construction laws, legislation, regulations, standards and procedures (preferred).
- Degree or professional qualification in property, development, construction or a related field (or equivalent experience with a clear plan for qualification) (preferred).
