The Regional Lead will lead and manage public and private building‑related construction programs across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., while building and maintaining trust‑based relationships with clients and stakeholders. Arcadis is expanding its construction project management team in the Northeastern United States and seeks a seasoned, well‑connected Regional Lead Construction Project Manager. The role is ideal for a professional with proven expertise in managing complex capital construction projects, including data centers, and will drive growth and strengthen the company’s regional presence.
Candidates must have ten or more years of experience in capital construction program or project management within the target region, a proven track record in client relationship management and delivery of complex projects, and excellent communication skills. Experience developing high‑performing teams, as well as preferred certifications such as PE, CCM, or PMP, and a commitment to health and safety are also required.
The compensation package includes a salary range of $102,065 to $173,510, nine paid holidays, 20 days of PTO per year, and a comprehensive benefits suite covering medical, dental, vision, EAP, 401(k), STD, LTD, AD&D, life insurance, paid parental leave, reward and recognition programs, wellbeing benefits, adoption assistance, and tuition reimbursement.
