Description

• Install residential insulation, including blown‑in attic and batt insulation.
• Prepare job sites, protect customer property, and keep work areas and vehicles organized.
• Operate insulation equipment and tools safely while following company and manufacturer standards.
• Measure and apply insulation accurately and explain the work to homeowners.
• Load and unload insulation materials and handle them safely in attics and confined spaces.

Requirements

• Demonstrate strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift insulation materials.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; pass background and drug screening.
• Preferred experience in insulation, construction, HVAC, roofing, or general labor (training provided if needed).
