  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage desired requirements and develop application logic to realise those requirements
  • Evaluate performance of deployed modules and systems, as well as tracing and troubleshooting of issues
  • Design, configuration, and optimization of novel algorithms and software modules for deployment in simulation and live environments
  • Responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including build, integration, deployment, and support of algorithms, applications and services through a CI/CD pipeline
  • Identify and explore suitable technologies and solutions to integrate as part of development and adoption roadmap

  • Experience in CI/CD pipeline tools and development process frameworks (e.g. Waterfall, AGILE)
  • Programming experience (C++, Python)
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity of Traffic engineering concepts
  • Knowledge in Computer Science, Traffic Engineering or related discipline
  • Practical knowledge of middleware protocols and IoT systems (DDS, MQTT etc.)
  • Experience with software architecture and system design
  • Excellent teamwork skills and able to collaborate in cross-functional team
  • Independent and self-motivated contributor and passionate about algorithm development
  • Strong understanding of optimization algorithms and applications
  • Familiarity with traffic simulation software is preferred
