Review of project related documents such as MoU, RFQ, RFP etc.
Advising basis the industry trends and scanning the important developments and making relevant proposals
Enables CEO Designate, Energy wrt decisions on the progress of strategic projects to ensure completion in a timely manner with high quality delivery.
Anchors implementation of all the key initiatives, mainly monitoring from CEO Designate, Energy Office.
Adherence to plans & contracts Manages reviews as per requirements for all Thermal Plants
Reviewing bids/tenders form CEO Designate, Energy Office
Finalization of presentation for GCM / BCM / GHB reviews
Accountable for driving Energy (Thermal and Power Trading ) AOP, as per Annual Operating Plan Framework
Undertake independent site visit to understand and highlight challenges / issues at sites
Integrates business plans & drives analytical decisions
Manages progress on execution of Special Projects
Independent review of projects for bankability and investment perspective including review of financial model
Manages site audits and review of all the projects which are being planned / under implementation, including materials and documentations related to execution of the projects
Meeting Energy business plans adherence
Ensures monitoring & progress on action points
Identify, opportunities and challenges at plants / projects as well an ongoing developments taking place at various locations
