- Ability to adapt to changes, manage competing demands, and effectively apply broad knowledge of project management and business issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting, training, or technology, and 2+ years of software consulting experience.
- Ability to travel to North American (United States and Canada) customer locations for 3-5 day durations, with a valid driver’s license and eligibility for a US Passport.
- High level of customer support experience with excellent project management, active listening skills, technological implementation skills, and change management experience.
