What you would be doing

Work on major linear infrastructure projects across Canada.
Participate in project close-out activities, including as-built documentation.
Prepare and maintain documentation such as Inspection and test plan, submittals, inspection records, material tracking logs, daily reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with internal teams (civil, systems, structures) and subcontractors to resolve conflicts and track quality requirements.
Support quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) by maintaining inspection test records and assisting with NCRs, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
Assist in the coordination and oversight of track installation, including ballast, ties, rail, and related components.
Monitor construction progress and support scheduling and sequencing of track work packages.
Contribute to site safety by supporting toolbox talks, inspections, and compliance with safety procedures.
Assist with inspection and tracking of materials to ensure that the material delivered comply with project specifications.
Ensure construction work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards (AREMA, TTC, Metrolinx, etc.).

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site as required
Knowledge of track construction methods and transit construction standards is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (Primavera P6, Procore) is an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
2+ years of experience in construction in rail/transit or heavy civil infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of track construction methods, transit standards, and QA/QC processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
