The role involves managing audit, review, and compilation engagements while leading multiple teams and providing performance feedback at engagement close. Collaboration with senior managers, directors, and partners is required for risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting, as well as overseeing staffing, planning, budgeting, fieldwork, financial reporting, and final conclusions. The incumbent will research complex accounting matters, guide clients on GAAP compliance and FASB updates, serve as an instructor for firm training, and take a leadership role in community, networking, and business development activities.
