Take ownership of the company's integrated financial model (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). Lead the forecasting, reporting, and analysis of working capital, Balance Sheet performance, and Free Cash Flow.
Lead any ad hoc special projects for the team as needed.
Drive continuous improvement of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Identify and monitor key financial and operational metrics/benchmarks, business risks, and new opportunities.
