

Provides energy services across multiple states, focusing on clean, reliable, and affordable solutions.
The role prepares periodic financial reports for the SEC and other state and federal regulatory agencies, including 10‑K and 10‑Q reporting cycles for multiple reporting entities, and coordinates with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
You will support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end accounting close cycles, reconcile accounts, analyze complex financial data, and collaborate on special projects such as system upgrades, rate case support, and process‑improvement initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, at least four years of general financial accounting experience, and a strong understanding of GAAP; professional certifications or a master’s degree may offset experience requirements, and SAP knowledge is highly desirable.
