- Undertake routine plant room cleaning.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks such as window inspections, door inspections and to report on defects found.
- To comply with health and safety protocols, abide by method statements and risk assessments.
- Replacement of ceiling tiles, wall tiles, vinyl flooring and ceramic floor tiles.
- Provide general assistance to craftsmen in the Maintenance Department as necessary.
- Cleaning of external drains, gutters and down pipes.
