The specialist will design and execute a comprehensive search strategy that drives organic growth across Google and emerging AI platforms such as SGE and Perplexity. They will champion SEO and Answer Engine Optimization best practices, covering technical site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and content structure to capture featured snippets and AI-powered answers.
In addition to strategy, the role serves as the CMS guru, responsible for all website content updates, page creation, and ensuring site integrity. Collaboration with marketing, product, and design teams will translate initiatives into high-performing, SEO-optimized pages, while A/B testing will continuously improve conversion rates.
Performance will be tracked using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Profound and other analytics tools. The specialist will build dashboards and deliver actionable insights that explain metrics and recommend next steps to marketing peers and leadership.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of proven SEO, content strategy, and website management experience, deep expertise with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, and a solid understanding of modern search including LLMs, SGE, and AEO. Strong project management, excellent communication, and a GA‑4 certification are preferred.
