- Prioritize tasks, monitor project progress, and address any issues that could hinder team productivity.

- Must Demonstrate consistent and sustainable application of problem solving and analytical skills.
- Should have experience/knowledge in type testing of MV/HV Switchgear Products as per IEC, ANSI, IEEE Standards and testing on Fusing Products.
- Should have experience in handling medium-sized teams with project management, strategic thinking and leadership.
- Knowledge in Casting Process (GDC, PDC) and APG Molding Process.
- Knowledge in Electrical Simulation – Electric Field, Electrical Stress
- Knowledge in FEM Analysis.
- Ability to Communicate Technical & Design information to Stakeholders in Clear, Concise & Accurate Manner.
- Knowledge in Mechanical Simulation – Mold Flow, Electro-Thermal, Stress, Mechanical, Failure Analysis.
- Should have experience in troubleshooting in MV/HV Products.
- Must be able to communicate information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, convey goals to the team and provide progress reports to upper management.
- Minimum 12 to 15 years related Experiences in Medium/High Voltage Switchgear Products like Reclosers, Capacitor Switch, AIS Switchgear, LBS, Switching & Fusing Products.
- Should have experience in New Design Product Development, Sustaining and product testing.
- Bachelor’s/Master degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or Equivalent.
