Project Architect

Description

• Oversee internal teams and mentor junior staff.
• Support construction administration and project delivery.
• Manage client communication and consultant coordination.
• Produce detailed construction document sets and coordinate specifications.
• Lead multiple active projects from design through construction.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and teams concurrently.
• No Revit experience.
• Expertise in Revit and construction documentation.
• Skilled in client engagement and presenting design solutions.
• Extensive experience in construction detailing.
• Inability to work in a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thu in-office).
• Less than 5 years of architectural experience.
• Licensed architect preferred.
• Familiarity with specifications and consultant coordination.
• Experience with high-volume retail rollout projects (food & beverage preferred).
• Most work completed during standard business hours with autonomy to manage your day.
• Poor collaboration or communication skills.
• Fast-paced and collaborative studio culture emphasizing technical excellence, mentorship, and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong experience in architecture and retail projects.
• No experience producing construction documents.
