The team provides advice and delivers change programmes across infrastructure sectors such as rail, roads, water, electricity, defence, environment and government, collaborating with technical, digital and commercial specialists to combine market insight with practical implementation.
As an Associate Director you will lead multiple client projects from sales and solution design through delivery and knowledge capture, diagnose complex asset‑centric issues, and shape business development for the Asset Management Transformation value proposition.
You will manage multi‑disciplinary teams to achieve commercial outcomes, ensure exceptional client experience, act as a subject‑matter expert, contribute to the community of practice, and provide line‑management, coaching and mentorship to consultants.
Qualifications & experience: Proven professional in natural or built asset environments (owner/operator or consulting), with a track record of leading asset management or management‑consulting projects in sectors such as infrastructure, transportation, water, energy, utilities or defence.
Key skills include thought‑leadership across asset lifecycle phases, experience with operating model design, ISO 55001 systems, regulatory planning, portfolio optimisation, benefit‑led prioritisation, operational efficiency and data maturity; strong business development, bidding and sales record; excellent communication, senior stakeholder management and team leadership.
