Supervise daily field activities of commercial construction projects.
-Build and maintain Owner, Architect, Trade Partner & Supplier relationships -Ensure that all projects are performed by contract and quality standards -Conduct and attend pre-construction, progress, and other project and staff meetings -Promote and maintain safety, health, and cleanliness on the job site -Maintain daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs, and E-mail correspondence -Schedule and direct the daily activities of work and take necessary actions to ensure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality, and process are met -Implement project schedules ensuring upcoming events are on track and being proactively attended to -Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite -Ability to travel -Experience with construction management software (Procore), a plus but not required -3+ years of experience in supervising commercial construction -Ability to work non-traditional hours -Excellent organizational, Communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
