Develop strategies to drive traffic to Hubbell.com and affiliate websites to grow revenue
Establishes, champions, and disseminates interactive reporting on all efforts.
Equip, enable and provide leadership to a global digital marketing team which delivers eCommerce, “web marketing”, social media, and marketing technology solutions.
Partners with internal stakeholders to select best-in-class third-party partners/ vendors and closely manages key vendor relationships
Establish and cast a vision for Hubbell’s digital marketing organization. Develop and implement effective strategies for digital marketing to achieve the vision
Works collaboratively and efficiently with other marketing disciplines, Information Technology (IT), Product Management, and other internal stakeholders to drive key enterprise initiatives.
Oversee the ongoing global digital strategy development, maintenance and improvement of the design and functionality for all Hubbell digital properties, tools, and applications, leveraging deep knowledge of digital design and functionality principles
Ensures the appropriate enterprise-wide marketing technology platforms and products are in place to drive effective digital strategies, monitor performance and track results to include DAM, PIM, CRM, and marketing automation.

Ideal candidate would have electrical and/or utility industry background
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
The ability to work independently in delivering high quality work and capable of effectively collaborating with global, cross-functional teams as needed
Experience managing and building geographically dispersed teams.
A minimum of 10 years of related experience; or the equivalent of education and experience
Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail
Experience with E-commerce program implementation and management.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to successfully build, coach, motivate and inspire a diverse team, high performing team
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, information technology or a related field of study. Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent listening, negotiation, project management and presentation skills
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment
