Familiar with concrete and steel design codes and with working stress and ultimate strength design approaches
Proficient in Word and Excel

Must be able to perform plant walkdowns
Experience in one of the following industries required: engineering/design services, power generation, nuclear power, heavy industrial including chemical or pulp & paper, and government (DOE) projects
Demonstrated proficiency in preparation of structural calculations is desired
Familiar with the International Building code and building code design
ENERCON Federal Services (EFS)
Knowledge of discipline-specific computer analysis codes as well as standard office production software
Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Structural Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent training, education and experience
Good writing, presentation, and communication skills
Must be able to get badged at a nuclear facility
Minimum of 10 years of power system design experience in the Nuclear or Power Industry
Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to com pany and client policies.
Candidates who have mentorship experience or a desire to mentor early to mid career engineers preferred
