The successful candidate will be able to produce master concept plans, construction documents, site plans, detail drawings, specifications, cost estimates, maps, and graphic representations, as directed by the Landscape Architect/Designer or Planner.
Reviews development standards and assists Landscape Architect or Planner with plan preparation, evaluation of field conditions, design changes, and reports.
Read, analyze, and interpret technical reports and land development regulations.
Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agencies, and work as part of a team with other employees.
