- Lead and contribute to the production of proposals
- Perform performance reviews for staff based on input from project managers on assigned teams
- Manage subconsultants
- Manage all technical resources on the project team
- Serve as a technical expertise resource to project managers and technical staff
- Development of extra work order requests and open-end contract task proposals
- Establish and grow market presence in area through marketing and business development
- Oversee and manage assigned staff working on project
- Establish project pricing and budgets
- Develop Project Management plans for assigned projects
- Develop and coordinate project scope
- Participate in client presentations
- Develop a strategic growth plan
- Develop and maintain project specific quality plans
- Monitors schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements and prepares invoices.

- Job requires minimum 10 years of experience in traffic engineering design, planning and analysis
- Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer
- Certified Road Safety Professional
- Pennsylvania Registered Professional Engineer
- Experience working with local clients at the county and state level
- Applicant must have a general understanding of design and plan preparation using MicroStation, Open Roads Designer, and various applicable traffic engineering software packages, and be proficient in MS Office and ProjectWise.
- Familiarity with the policies, publications, and practices of PennDOT and the PA Turnpike Commission
- Experience using one or more traffic analysis and simulation modeling software
- Candidates must be capable of working on multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced team oriented environment
- BSCE from ABET accredited engineering program
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
- Experience with PennDOT Central Office and the PA Turnpike Commission as well as experience working with PennDOT District offices across the state.
