Greet and qualify prospective residents and schedule and conduct property tours.
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner.

Prior on-site leasing experience or training is a plus.
Strong closing and negotiation abilities.
Use visual ability to inspect units and common areas for cleanliness and safety.
