Reviewing client portals to identify tenders of interest and managing the exchange of information including uploading of final documents
Preparing briefing packs and presenting data to support specific bid milestones, such as kick-off meetings etc
Reviewing client bid documentation and completing the bid book (requirements, compliance, deliverables etc), promoting a clear plan to drive submission delivery
Producing high-quality written content, as required, and taking an active role in editing and formatting final proposal responses
Compiling and presenting standard company information for bids and selection questionnaires
Developing a complete understanding of the formal bidding process within Mott MacDonald and helping staff apply it to specific proposals
Effectively maintaining the knowledge library and ensuring that information is up to date
Managing proposal timetables and associated meeting schedules
Facilitating the collection of meaningful internal and external feedback on the bidding process to support continuous improvement
Supporting the Bid Team as required on the preparation and submission of each bid against the agreed programme
Ensuring that the appropriate bid governance and review processes are followed.
