Ability to integrate seamlessly into multidisciplinary teams.
Creativity, energy, and flexibility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong design and presentation skills in both digital and hand-rendering techniques.
Open and transparent communication with leadership and peers across disciplines.
