Project Controls Engineer - Power

Description

• Identify and assess project risks and uncertainties.
• Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Project Report, Backlog analysis.
• Create staffing plan and forecasting.
• Managing the Change Management System.
• Create various schedule reports and determine the appropriate reporting format.
• Monitor and control project costs, including budget development, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with US counterparts, project managers, engineers, and other team members to gather project data and ensure accurate reporting.
• Engineering Workflows
• Create integrated project schedule in P6, perform critical path reviews, identify schedule risks.
• Progress monitoring of projects using earned value technique.
• Monitoring & controlling of project budget.
• Analyze project control reports, present findings, and provide recommendations to the project team.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel
• Experience: 5 – 10 yrs.
• Understand EPC scope of work and identify the project deliverables, milestones, and targets
• Must have work experience with any of these project types:-
• Should have good knowledge of engineering workflow and interdisciplinary dependencies.
• BE/BTech Full time
• Scheduling in P6
• Manpower Histogram
• Must have detailed understanding of following.
• Knowledge about Ecosys or other Cost management tools.
