- Develops and implements new research objectives, establish project priorities, defines methods to approach and execute the study.

- Expertise in satellite communications, satellite constellations and developing and conducting operational tests to
- Experience with the Satellite Analysis Toolkit
- Experience with a cloud computing system such as ADVANA, ENVISION or PALANTIR
- Familiarity with AFSIM and STK
- Experience developing display metrics generated from automated data sources
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Familiarity with models approved for use in the Defense Intelligence Agency All-Source Analysis Enterprise (DIAAE)
- Experience programming with Python, MATLAB, C++ and SQL
- Familiarity with the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operating Environment process
- Expected to deliver in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
- Ability to gain and hold a TS/SCI clearance
- Experience researching, identifying, and making recommendations on resources and emergent technologies that
- Experience with modeling, simulation and wargaming for joint campaign scenario development and analysis
- Travel Requirements: Minimal less than 10% if necessary
- Expertise in operational testing environments, surveillance and reconnaissance environments, and electromagnetic
- Ability combine and analyze disparate data for presentation to senior level decision makers
- Experience manipulating data from Excel spreadsheets
- Experience with model-based systems engineering programs SysML, CAMEO, MagicDraw
- 7 years of analysis experience
- Devises modeling and measuring techniques; utilizes mathematics, statistical methods, simulations, operational mathematics techniques (linear programming, game theory, probability theory, symbolic language, etc.) and other principles and laws of scientific and economic disciplines
- Master’s degree in Analysis related field
- Ability and motivation to self-teach analysis skills aligned with analysis best practices
- Applies extensive technical expertise and has knowledge of other related disciplines
