Support procurement and operations teams during contract mobilisation.
Develop market insight, competitor awareness, and delivery strategy options.
Analyse contract documents — including specifications and asset information — to quantify and evaluate tendered services.
Collaborate with the Estimating Team in finalisation meetings to refine and submit tenders.
Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand service needs.
Compile accurate cost estimates by inputting labour, materials, and specialist contractor prices into the Estimating Programme.
Visit sites to carry out building services surveys and assess tender requirements.

The ability to positively engage with Client and to gain an understanding of their current delivery method with a view to tailoring our pricing / bid to ensure the correct solution is delivered
Previous experience in a similar role.
Master supply chain management, including specialist supplier negotiations and appointments.
Valid driver’s licence.
Specialist services experience such as Fire & Security, BMS, HVAC etc.
Build knowledge across a wide range of maintenance activities and services, both self‑delivered and subcontracted.
Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Trade experience (NVQ Level 3) or comparable Building Services Qualification.
Demonstrate strong communication and technical understanding.
Experience in new energy technologies
Strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook etc.
Two-year post qualification site experience.
Wide experience in the hard services industry, including mechanical, electrical, building fabric and specialist maintenance.
