Initiate paperwork for promotions
Manage multiple projects and crews
Set performance goals and deadlines
Keep track of materials and orders arriving at the site
Create cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
Coach and teach the skills of the trade
Implement safety and quality guidelines
Ensure the job site remains safe, clean, and orderly
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
Monitor, log and report on project progress
Order the appropriate equipment and arrange for regular maintenance
Requirements

US work authorization is required
Three years of experience in fence construction
OSHA 30
Evaluation with Foreman (60-Day and additional evaluations)
Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, etc.), lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
Valid driver’s license is required, reliable transportation, a CDL Class A
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and all power tools
Willing to work M-F with weekends, 8–12-hour shifts, and overtime when?needed
Demonstrate ability to work independently while also able to work in a team setting
Experience and proficiency in all aspects of fence and netting
CDL Class A
Ability to operate heavy equipment, i.e. skid loader, telescoping boom lift, etc.
High school or equivalent is required
