Provide on-the-job training opportunities and mentorship to journeymen and apprentices.
Oversee and actively participate in onsite staff meetings and jobsite meetings, ensuring project progress and coordination among crews and trades.
Conduct daily inspections for installation quality and safety compliance, enforcing code standards.
Manage and maintain all company assets, including electronic devices and tools, in accordance with company policies.
Forge professional relationships with General Contractors and Engineers, representing CSUSASW in a positive light.
Manage 1-3 Lead personnel overseeing 10 or more employees in lead positions, along with direct supervision of approximately 1-20 non-supervisory employees.
Maintain up-to-date "as-builts" and progress drawings, organizing job sites to minimize material handling.
