Demonstrated leadership experience
B.S. in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or Engineering. Master’s Degree preferred.
Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) licensure preferred
Willingness to mentor junior staff and work in a team-based atmosphere
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, partner, influence, consult, and collaborate with all levels within the organization
15+ years of environmental remediation experience
Strong understanding of applicable New Jersey regulatory requirements
Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive experience managing and performing preliminary assessments, site investigations, remedial investigations and remedial actions in New Jersey, including urban environments
Demonstrated experience working as a trusted advisor to clients
OSHA 40 hr. HAZWOPER certification and annual refresher certifications required
