Demonstrated success leading complex projects or accounts from concept to completion.
Deep understanding of geotechnical construction, infrastructure development, or related industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Prior experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
PE license highly preferred but not required.
Exceptional focus on understanding customer needs and proactively delivering solutions.
Self-starter mentality with high learning agility and intellectual curiosity.
Ability to physically make field visits, walk steep slopes, and traverse geohazards during site assessments.
