- Ability to stand for 8 to 10+ hours.
- Proficiency in the English language (written and oral)

- Powder coating of Steel and Stainless parts, fixtures, enclosures, and various other items used in our features
- Safely and proficiently operate tools and equipment needed to powder coat frames.
- 3+ years of Powder Coat application experience required.
- Ability to bend, kneel, reach, twist, squat, grasp, and work with tools above shoulder level
- 1-2+ years experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and basic drawings
- Overtime as assigned.
