- Define and enforce standards for configuration management.
- Establish and lead the company’s CTO process from the ground up.
- Provide Sales with configuration tools to distinguish CTO vs. ETO work.

- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Engineering).
- Advanced Excel and structured data handling.
- 7+ years in Application Engineering, Product Configuration, or CTO/CPQ-related roles.
- Bachelor degree in either Mechanical or Electrical preferred
- Proven ability to design enforceable rules that reduce engineering rework.
- Occasional travel for cross-functional coordination (minimal).
- Strong knowledge of configuration management principles, BOM structures, and ERP/CPQ integration.
- Direct experience establishing CTO/CPQ frameworks.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Self-starter able to define new processes.
- Familiarity with SysPro ERP, CPQ systems, EPLAN, SOLIDWORKS, Power BI.
- Own reduction of validation loops by preventing misquoting.
- Hybrid on-site presence at Brampton facility.
