Generation of a Residential private client database.
Work closely with the appointed sales agents and third parties at events and in all approved sales locations with travel when required.
Work on CRM on a daily sales basis
Working closely with the Group Head of Residential Sales on VIP clients and therefore discretion and full client confidentiality is required at all times.
The job requires meeting and working with KSA & GCC UHNWIs and HNWIs to understand their residential requirements and to help them select the best residential Read Sea offering for them and their families to buy.
Working within the sales team to ensure highest standards at all times and best use of sales skills to sell the residential offerings. Must insure effective management of strategic relationship with the prospective buyers and real estate brokers and other property professionals.
The position has a key focus on building residential buyers and investors and private banking relationship.
The Residential Client Advisory is to sell the residential offerings across multiple luxury residential assets and overtime for selling completed sales inventory. Guide potential buyers of RSG Residential through the purchase process smoothly, offering a personalized service expected of a super luxury project and Sale .
Implement and maintain policies, processes, and procedures for the sales function, which are in line with the corporate business plan of RSG.
It also has a focus on meeting KSA / GCC private banks, wealth managers, investment banks, luxury retail client managers and private aviation professionals to gain new high net worth clients.
Guide applicants and buyers through a bespoke purchase process
The client advisory function works closely with the Senior Client Advisory in the show suites to generate new sales leads for off plan sales and to grow awareness of the Residential opportunities.
Attend 10 key Events per year to network Residential.
Work as a team with all the sales team members, new deals, sales pipeline management, market strategy and analysis.
Close Residential Sales inventory.
Profile and screen applicants to ensure they are qualified buyers
Ensure performance and productivity in line with the performance appraisal system of RSG.
Execute sales using the marketing materials and campaigns provided at events and in different approved sales locations.
Generation of a Wealth Manager, Private Bank, PIF, Funds, yacht and private aviation database to support Residential.
Take part in training and development platforms with the sales team members on different aspects of sales and leasing function, as applicable, and maintain a high performing environment and a amicable work culture, upholding the RSG values.
Deal with qualified sales leads, negotiation, reservation and closure on sales agreements for all projects as directed, in accordance with the established internal procedures and KSA regulations.
