Regional Facilities Manager

Description

Within the IPM team you will deliver a full suite of facilities‑management services to a varied client base that includes pension schemes, property owners and private individuals. You will manage roughly 16 properties, oversee a service‑charge budget of up to £1.5 million and conduct monthly site visits.

• Procure and manage maintenance and service contracts, ensuring contractors are SafeContractor approved.
• Ensure full Health & Safety compliance on site using online systems.
• Liaise with clients, landlords and tenants to maintain strong relationships.
• Set, manage and achieve budget targets for the portfolio.
• Participate in business development activities.
• Plan for the economic life of plant and building fabric, including future replacement programmes with environmental considerations.
• Arrange planned preventative maintenance contracts tailored to each property’s requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date contract records in online systems.
• Manage FM services for a portfolio of approximately 16 properties and a £1.5 million service‑charge budget.
• Handle multiple schedules simultaneously.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance; NEBOSH/IOSH qualifications are desirable.

Requirements

• Demonstrate high organisational ability, strong customer service and effective time‑management.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Use FM software such as RiskWise or Vantify proficiently.
