- Shape the team’s roadmap, bringing discipline, focus, and clarity to how insights are delivered
- Tackle the company’s most pressing business questions through data-driven analysis
- Develop strategic recommendations and communicate them through executive-ready presentations, whitepapers, and storylines
- Lead the weekly and monthly team operating rhythm—ensuring projects are aligned with business priorities and resources are optimized
- Work jointly with the broader Digital & Innovation Office (DIO) to embed enterprise-level prioritization, resource visibility, and intake process enhancements
- Build trusted partnerships across the enterprise, becoming a go-to strategic advisor and data ambassador for Equinix’s evolving data portfolio
- Act as a force multiplier for the team by helping manage team resources and priorities.
- Collaborate across EDNA teams (e.g., Data Engineering, AI & Data Science, Analytics, Data Governance) to deliver initiatives aligned to strategic business priorities
- Represent functional stakeholders by translating their business needs into data and analytics requirement
- Drive new ways of delivering insights that go beyond traditional reporting—enabling business leaders to act with speed and confidence
- Partner across the Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDNA) organization to design and deploy next-generation, AI-enabled solutions

- Excellence in data storytelling—translating complex analytics into clear, compelling business insights
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, analytics, corporate strategy, or a related field
